Question: If you own a vehicle(The car is paid for and under my name only) and you file a sand damage claim, will the check come under my name..? or do they have to make it to me and a auto body shop..?

They make it payable to you. This is what the policy states.

Well guys AAA is not wanting to send me the check regardless if the vehicle has a clean title, it is under my name and the car is paid for. They said that for security reasons they can't send out the check unless I give them the name of the shop that I want to take it too. What can I say or hit them back with so they can just release the payment to me? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
