We have screened lanai's . Floors are just wood planks between 1st & 2nd floor. Since lanai's are limited common elements who is responsible for wood floor between 1st & 2nd floor?
Would it be a structual item?
the Association responsibilty?
The First floor owner or the second floor owner?
