Is Lexicon Senior Healthcare a good company?

Lexicon is asking for an advance cost sharing fee of $999 plus pay for my own travel to Dallas.

They asked me to interview. seemed like more of a sales pitch. then, pushed me to provide them with $599 by the end of the week. Other bloggers say they provide crappy leads with lots of expenses as well as the fact that they take atleast 5% more than what Great American or other insurance companies would charge their independent agents.

Asking too much money from an agent upfront doesn't seem to be a good idea at all. Regarding the crappy leads you really can't say much about their quality.

I found the below press release on Lexicon today. They ARE actual major distribution partners with Great American and AFG. And ground floor! That's it, I'm convinced b/t this and their A+ rating with the BBB that there is NO WAY these guys are a scam. Check it out for yourself... I found it on Yahoo Finance. I'm going to see if I can get an interview for a position with them, sick of waiting in doubt.
