my attorney sent a demand package to the liable insurance company mar29 and as of today mey30 i still have not recieved an answer,what should i do next?

You should ask your attorney, who you are paying 33% of your settlement to, what the status is.

cute but doesnt help ther are bad attorneys just like there are bed everything else out there,i thought this site was for advice not sarcasm

No sarcasm at all. The insurance company cannot talk to you directly as you have an attorney handling the matter for you. When you pay people for service do you expect them to perform that service? You are paying that attorney a lot of money to answer your questions and keep you informed.
