I Have state farm Ins, My Daughter who had previously lived with me, filed a claim through her policy. State Farm is now cancelling my insurance and says I need to prove where she lives to show she does not live in my house. My daughter is 24, not sure where she lives, we do not talk...What can I do.

Ask them to look at the Motor Vehicle Report that they pulled on your daughter so she could obtain a policy. I'm guessing she corrected the address on her Drivers Lic. Also, if she has her own policy (with a different address) then why would you need to prove that she does not live with you... isn't her having her own policy with a different address proof enough. Tell SF to get their head out of their butt.

tcope is right when he says

I guess, if your daughter has her own insurance policy, you don't need to worry. Does your daughter still use your car? Does her name still appear on your policy? Let us know more so that we may assist you in a better way.
