Hi there,I rented my house in Jan 2011 and tenant spotted a leakage in Feb. We took care of it but in march again leakage started and second one popped up from floor level. tenant did nothing about the leakage and it damaged the carpets and walls. We had to get him evicted and now trying to understand how to approach insurance company so they dont find an excuse to reject claim.
