House caught fire in June 2010. Insurance company denied claim in March 2011. I know that they planted evidence against us. We were not home at the time of the fire. I am willing to pull down my pension to fight them. Mistakes were made on both ends, we confessed ours to them. Some how i cannot shake this bad faith they have given us. Insurance was never cancelled in the ten years we were with them. Like we paid for nothing. Found an attorney to take the case. Do we have a chance?

Who knows... as you never really explain much at all. for example... they denied the claim but you never mentioned _WHY_. That might be somewhat important in determining if you have a case. At least its a starting point. You then mention mistakes on both ends... what mistakes? If you want an answer, post all of that information.
