I hit a parked car. My vehicle was totaled. But I kept yhe car and it it repaired. It is in very good running condition. If my insurance company drops me, will I be able to get it insured, including collusion from another insurance company

You can usually ad comp/coll as the insurance company does not ask to see the title. However, if it's in an accident and deemed a total loss, they will pay you around 25% of it's normal value. In the meantime you will be paying a premium based on the full (non-salvage) value of the vehicle.

Also, the insurance company should not allow comp/coll if they know it's already been a total loss.

You'll find it difficult to drive your car without the much needed collision and comp coverage. Just think of the risk that's involved when you get your car on the road. You could land up in another accident and then you'll need to bear things out-of-pocket.
