he was not married to this lady that we are aware of,he was a widow,and it is four kids ,now if we can ,what if he did get married without us knowing,on his insurance it has this lady in mexico,and secondary a sister we never met,but he lived and worked here

Unless you can prove that someone forced him to do something he would not have done on his own, your father was free to name anyone or anything as his life insurance beneficiary. There is little, if that much, that you can do about it.

See, he was the policy owner, so if the beneficiary status was assigned to someone out of his own free will, then there's nothing that you can do about it. Life insurance doesn't make it mandatory for him to get married with someone who he wants to be the beneficiary of his policy.
