i have state farms , but im not sure if they will cover , seepage in wall in basement from foundation. i have the sewer coverage they offer but cant find the coverage info, do you know if its covered? i have 3 spots in my basement wall thats leaking water everytime it rains, cause mold on walls and seepage outside by the gutter running down the side of the house also, do you think it would be covered? does FEMA help with this?

This is not going to be covered by any insurance company or FEMA because it is an existing defective condition. You need to take whatever steps are necessary to prevent further damage to the basement walls, because if they ever fail, causing damage to the rest of the structure, that will not be a covered loss.
Even if you solve the leaking issue, the existing damage to the basement walls could still be the basis for a claims denial.
You should discuss this with your agent in order to understand what will and will not be covered. Understand, however, that anything your agent says that is not also in writing from the insurance company (and signed for by a company officer) may be informative, but is otherwise meaningless.
