i was in a asda car park waiting to reverse out when i was hit from behind my 10 year old daughter was injured and had recieved whiplash i also have whiplash the driver did not hand his details to me but i took his registration and reported it to the police if i claim of my insurence for my daughter do i need to prodce my driving liecence as i am unable to find the counter part
