The car was a 2001 Cadillac with an anti-theft deterrant system of which they state would prevent the car from being stolen, since I still had both keys issued me at time of purchase. They ask for my cell records, car service records, bank records, etc. Nothing incriminating here. Then they said they tested the oil and transmission fluid found the trans fluid to be in drastic condition. I asked car dealers about what would cause this and they stated the heat from the fire would cause this just as much as wear and tear from usage. So, now they say that they can use the things from my credit report to deny my claim. What can I do. I am 65 years old cripple female with a 66 years old cripple retired husband!

Have they sent you a written denial? Then the claim has not been denied. If they do deny the claim and you want to press the issue you can file a breach of contract suit against them.
