hi i was in accident a month ago and i was at a stop sign and an on comeing car struck me messing up all my front end. my truck has been at auto shop over a month. two weeks ago auto shop called me that my truck was ready for picup .looking at my truck checkin it out to see if all the damage has been addressed i looked at my front grill and bumper and find it to be sittin all wrong it was touchin grill to bumper on left side n right side had a three inch gap in between very noticeable ,my alinement was off ,my stearing whell is turnded to aside not sittin sreight across and pulling to the left side when drivin my fuel gage is not working check engine light is on i have a leaking fuel line and dealer ship said they had to replace the body frame .i had no idea what the body frame was till i asked him to show me the parts OMG...!!!!THEY TOTALY REMOVED ALL MY TRUCK OF ITS FRAME and sat it on another one and it was a used frame. dealer ship says insurance wont pay for parts need for alinement cause they dont think its accident related .ive complained to my ins agent and she said to talk to my adjuster im so frustrated cause they have already rung up a bill of 10,000 or more and my truck is still not in a safe runing condition. i looked up my trucks blue book value and its 13,000 shouldnt they consider it a total lost and give me a new one or pay

The insurance company can pay for $100,000 in repairs to a $13,000 if state law will allow it. Most states require a carrier to total out a vehicle when it's repair cost is 80% of it's value. I don't know about your state. You can certain file a complaint with your state Dept Of Ins and mention this.
Have you spoken to the adjuster about this situation? You don't mention that you have. I'd certain state with a DOI complaint and speaking with the adjuster to see how this can be resolved.
