Loss of Use Question

Hi there. A question from California. I was involved in an accident. The other side has accepted 100% liability. I did not have rental car reimbursement on my own policy. However, my insurance company has only covered the cost of my car's repair and nothing else. Is my insurance company required to pay me for loss of use damages during the time my car is repaired and then, along with the car repair expenses, submit my claims to the other side? Or do I have to submit my loss of use expenses to the other side's insured on my own?

No.

Or do I have to submit my loss of use expenses to the other side's insured on my own?
