Hi,
Yesterday I went to my local car wash Delta Sonic. As I was pulling up to where I get aligned the guy kept on wayving me forward. I rolled down my window asking him if I was properly aligned, he did not respond. Then I proceeded down the track. My car tires felt like I was about to slip off so I stepped on my brake lights to try and re align. Then I got stuck on the track. Then a piece of their equipment slammed into my car, they have "cameras" in the car wash, but they have no one monitoring them, in addition they had no one monitoring the exit as cars were coming out and they kept on sending cars through and they crashed into me.
Now I got stuck and on top of that rear ended. They said it was my fault, but I strongly believe they were negligent. And I think the management is kinda corrupt, because the claim form is only three small sentences so how can I write a detailed account. And they refused to call the police for a police report as I wanted to.
They yelled at me again and said it was my fault. However I'm not paying for any building damages, because they did not close that track afterwards. I sat there watching, because I was waiting for the toe truck to come and get me.
They also did not give me the other drivers information. My insurance agent comes in on Monday and I already e-mailed her and sent 150 photos of my car and covered every angle.
I think their at fault and I will take it to small claims court if I have to, with my insurance company. It was dangerous and negligent for them not to realize someone was stuck in their car wash, and I could of gotten seriously hurt.
You see my point? I think I have a strong case against them.

I assume this is some kind of form the car wash has for incidental damages to a vehicle, like antenna broken or something? (That is, not an insurance company claim form.)
They said it was my fault, but I strongly believe they were negligent.
You're probably correct.
they refused to call the police for a police report as I wanted to.
Who prevented you from calling the police? You apparently had a phone because you . . .
sent 150 photos of my car and covered every angle.
A little excessive, don't you think? The car has four sides, six or eight photos was probably sufficient.
They also did not give me the other drivers information.
Again, what prevented you from obtaining the information yourself?
I think their at fault
Fine. Get the name of their liability insurance company and file a claim. You can't just go to court without having made a claim for damages and having that claim denied.
I think I have a strong case against them.
Perhaps. But not until you make a formal claims filing and have it denied.
