If I made an accident, and 100% at-fault, and I got injured and the opposite person who drives the car I hit got injured, Does Bodily injury liability cover both my injury and the opposite person's injury? Or only covers the opposite person's injury?
If I want my injury covered, which option can be provided?

Your BI only covers the other person, not yourself (it's liability coverage). If you were at fault the only coverage that would address your injury is some form of Medical Payment coverage or PIP. Not all states require this form of coverage but many do.
This would be a reason why a person would have health insurance, separate from their auto insurance.
