Can I sue and insurance company for refusing to insure me be

I was told from the begining by this insurance company that they could insure me from the begining. They even made me take the aids test among other hard ti take tests and I came up negative from all the test they put me through. They hac also starting taking premium an my monthly bill only to tell me that they could no longer insure me because I was disabled.

Depending on the size of the company and many other factors it is most likely legal. If your disability creates an undue hardship or substantially changes the job then they are no required to accommodate you. An insurer will cover but it will be very high because a worker's comp claim would be so likely considering you can't carry boxes.

To the OP- first of all, it would help if you told us (1) what kind of insurance policy you're referring to, and (2) whether this is a group policy offered through your workplace or if it's an individual policy.

Without this info, we can't really give you any decent info.

As to aplantxo's post.... what??? I have absolutely no idea where you came up with your suppositions and assumptions. Nowhere in the OPs first post did it bring up ANYTHING that your post "answered."

Maybe let's NOT make assumptions and maybe ASK the original poster what his intentions were?
