My car got hit when i was sitting at a red light. To make long story short the other guy's imsurance refused to pay my deductible ($1000) because he din't have insurance or he wasnt under the policy, according to what my insurance compay travelers stated. So they paid me their part of the damages and its been four months since then. I just got a letter stating that they wasn't able to get ahold of the owner of the guy and my case was fowarded to this vendor hoping to get some answers to this nightmare. Im stuck and i feel that im being sheated out of my rights. What should i do?

Is your question what you should do or what your carrier should do? Your carrier is not obligated to do anything more. If you want to recover your deductible then you can feel free to legally pursue the other party. File in small claims court and get a judgement if you want. Depending on your state laws you may be able to then either garnish the person's wages or attach that lien to real property the other person owns.
If nothing else you should contact the state and see if you can have the other drivers drivers licenses suspended until they pay you your $1000.
