I was driving my boyfriend’s car and backed into the side wall of the garage.
My boyfriend made a claim with his insurance since it was his car. But the problem is I found out that it is in my record. Why is it showing in my record when his insurance was claimed?

As you were driving the vehicle at the time of the accident, it will appear in your record and list you as the driver of that car.
Your boyfriend is the policy holder of the vehicle and thus his insurance company paid for the damages, but that does not change the fact that you caused the accident.
