He was driving a Ford F-150 with big tires and steel bumper. My fiance was driving my 02 chevy trailblazer. I tried to file with his insurance company, but they are saying their insurer says he is not a fault. What am i to do? I need my vehicle repaired, but do not want my premiums to go up for it not being my fault.

You attempted to post most of your question in the subject line so it does not show up.
Have they sent you a written denial? If they are going to deny the claim, it needs to be in writing.
If they deny the claim you have two options... file suit against the driver and/or owner and be prepared to prove the other driver was at fault or file the claim under your own collision coverage and have your carrier seek recovery. You will initially be paid less your deductible.
Was their a police report filed? If so, what does it state?
