can the other driver that was hurt can sue me?

I was on the north bound lane and was going turning left going to the parking lot across the south bound lane. 3/4 of my car's body was already inside the line that separate the hi-way and the parking lot when the woman hit my car on the back tire of the passenger side. I was given the ticket because they said I failed to yield and she has the right of way. She must not be paying attention too that she didn't even tried to slow down, brake or shift the wheel to the other side. Her car was really went straight to my car. Anyway, she was hurt. I over heard that she might have a broken wrist.

Though I have comprehensive coverage and for sure my insurance company will pay for her car and medical bills. Will she have more reason to sue me?

Thank you so much!

Your liability carrier will only make an injury payment if 1) the other person signs a release or 2) the other person sues and obtains a judgment. If your carrier obtains a release then the other person cannot sue you. A settlement and release is how 99.999% of claims are settled.
