Other party claims exceeds my liability limit

I was told that my liability limit will not be enough to cover the medical damages of the other party. In this, she has the right to sue me for more. But I really have any asset or savings and she really has nothing to get from me. What will happen?

Thanks!

You will be sued and a judgment against you will probably be granted. It will remain valid until paid in full (or a compromise is reached) or until discharged in a bankruptcy proceeding.
