If there is a single vehicle accident and Personal injury claim was made and no any other Third Party/Vehicle claim,does the auto insurance premium will increase?

If the injury resulted from a single vehicle accident in your vehicle, while you or a driver in your household was driving, there could be a surcharge for an accident, depending on how much was paid for the claim.
Can you provide more details? Who was injured? Who was driving? Was the injured party a passenger? Who owns & insures the vehicle? What were the circumstances of the accident?
