Hi, I'm 48 years old and was arrested for domestic assault on my boyfriend. It was reduced to a petty misdemeanor which is not considered criminal in Minnesota. I was convicted of disorderly conduct. March of 2015. Will this be a problem? I do not have anything else on my record.

I have a misdemeanor fraudulent check from 5 years ago on my record. Is that going to prevent me from getting approved for my property and casualty license?

I have a charge that is 11 years old forgery to financial instrument.i was given deferred and completed it. So i was charged but never convicted. Will it keep me from getting license to sell insurance
