Hi
Hope all is well.
1. What is the formula for hedonic damages in product liability cases in NYC.? The one besides multiples of medical expenses.
2. What is the formula for future medical expenses? Please do not tell
me to hire a lawyer, economist or future life planner. Just try to give me a formula that takes in to account inflation,life expectancy and the possibility that the hospice may be right after all.

There is no "formula" if there was 1) it would be illegal and grounds for Bad Faith and 2) we'd not not injury adjusters or attorneys.
Each injury is different, each person is different, each situation is different.
