I pulled up to a yellow light and stopped and waited for it to cycle back to me. I looked up the light was green there were no cars in front of me. And I started a legal uturn as I was turning a cars side bar hit my front end. He apologized and said he could not see the light because the sun was in his eyes. Now get this my insurance company said he could not have passed three lanes of traffic and paid him out against my protest and told me there was nothing I could do about it. What can I do.

As mentioned in the previous thread, you fail to mention anything about the relationship of the two vehicles... namely where the other vehicle was coming from and going to (directions).

If you disagree with your auto insurance company's interpretation of the circumstances of the claim, do you have any impartial witnesses agreeing with you?
