Would the Condo Association and Fire water sprinkler service company be responsible for damages to a unit if they charged the fire system with water and fail to reenter property to check for leaks or would the unit owner have to pay the association dedutible in order to cover the damages?

As far as I am aware, usually the unit owner's insurance would be paying for this, as the water damage was due to the fire system leaks within a particular unit.
You may check with both your Association and your own condo insurance to see who should be paying for this.
