Hello Sir
My father bought the Tata Aig Policy in Aug. - 2011. His(payer) age is 65 years & the insurer is my son.
Now according to policy, payer cannot be more than 60 years & my name is as policy proposer. Now the question is in absense of my father or incase he died before policy matuarity who has to pay the remaining premiums?
we did the many mails to Tata Aig, but they are not clarifying our doubts, so we are asking them for the withdrawal of policy & as they have cheated us we are asking to return the money with interest.
First they have send the preminum policy receipt is on my name & when my father called them for this issue, they have issued one more receipt with my father's name without any stamp on it.
We are thinking to go to the Grahak Surksha. Pls. advice.
If any query. pls. contact me on 0-9998681773.
Thanks
Mitesh
