Three days ago I got put on probation for a year for possession of marijuana. It was simply possession, no DWI or anything.
Today I rear ended a lady and there is literally like to damage but I am afraid she might sue. She called the cops and I got a ticket for "careless driving" and we all left. If she sues, could I run into problems with my insurance and her claim because I am on a misdemeanor probation for possession?

No. Causing property damage is a civil offense, not criminal and a citation does not affect your criminal citation.
