had a fire stove was bad in missouri clam rep in very piss poor im still waiting for them to give me money for hotel duct cleaning my lost items

Could you provide me with details? Was there any fire damage to your home? Has the insurance company not compensated you adequately for ‘loss of use’ and your listed personal possessions?

yes one wall the floor cabents smell like smoke nghome has black stains on walls and ceili

Have they denied your claim or are they delaying the process? Did they send an adjuster to look over the place and assess the cost of repair and replacement?

Fire and smoke damage claim are very complex and I highly recommend you find and hire a reputable public insurance adjuster in your area. The smoke damage goes far beyond what you can see. Many times the insurance companies want to clean everything when in all reality that may be a temporary band aid but in time the smell will come back.
