My house is situated on top of a hill. I had parked my car out front and forgot to put the e-brake on. The car rolled down the hill and drove into the neighbor’s house. The house wasn’t damaged since a pole in the neighbor’s yard absorbed almost all of the damage. Will my insurance cover me for this? It’s a $7000 car and I’m sure its totaled. I don’t want to file it with my insurance company , have the claim denied and still see my premiums go up.

Your liability coverage will address the damage to pole. You'd need to have collision coverage on your vehicle for your vehicle to be covered.
If you don't file a claim are your going to address the damage to that pole yourself?

Wouldn’t this be counted as negligence on my own part? Wouldn’t that form grounds for the insurance company to deny coverage? I’m a little scared. Its been a couple of days now and I had the pole fixed by myself.

Insurance companies pay claims all of the time when the person is negligence... it's never been an exclusion under the policy. If it were, almost no claims would ever be paid.
Yes, you would be considered negligent in this loss.

I filed the claim with my insurance company. They are going to be sending over an adjuster tomorrow. I haven’t told them anything about the pole yet. Do you think they would reimburse me if I told them that I had it fixed with cash out of my own pocket? I have the receipt that the workman gave me.
