how do i report about someone i know that committed insuranc

i was recently contacted by an old friend of my ex fiance. she told me she needed to tell me that she was a witness to my ex,nicole [deleted] and gary [deleted] faking a robbery in her duplex in sturtevant,wi [deleted]. she told me in detail what happened,and nicoles intentions of why she was going to commit fraud. jennifer [deleted], who is the witness to the crime, stated that nicole had gary break her front window, to make it look like a break in. jennifer wasnt sure exactly what these two exactly took from the home,or what other property was damaged, because jennifer said she left, before they intentionally did the scam. she did tell me that nicole stated that her labtob and some christmas presents were stolen,and some dvds. jennifer also stated that she was around and listened to nicole and gary plot the whole scam. i know for a fact that my ex had nothing that valuable in her home, to be written a check in the amount that was given to her! to be honest, before jennifer even contacted me about this, i had went to nicoles house to pick my kids up, and i observed very expensive,brandnew flat screen tvs in all her bedrooms,a new entertainment center,she went out and got brand new tires on both her vehicles at once,and also bought alot of other brand new things for my kids. i noticed her screen door was broke and had no handle on it. when i asked nicole about what i heard, i did not give her a name to who told me,because until the police are involved, we were going to keep it anonymous. also, when i asked nicole what bwas supposeny tooken from her home, she hesitated,as if, she had to think about what she could make up to me, because i caught her of guard about the situation! she then finally after about a good 2 minutes,stated her labtob and some presents she bought is what was stolen! if thats all that was stolen, then i dont see how she ended up with basically refurnishing her home?? jennifer is willing to testify against both nicole and gary stewart jr about all this in court! she was afraid to say anything, because nicole had threatened to hurt her, if she said anything about this scam. jennifer also stated another ex-friend of nicoles, which at the time was her best friend,said she also knows about exactly what went down that night! jennifer also told me that after the break-in, she met up with nicole and gary at dunkin donuts in mt.pleasant,wi,after the incident ocurred! jennifer was not involved in any of the scam, she did know nicoles plan, but like i said, she knew it was wrong, and she was afraid to tell anyone!! this wasnt a legit breakin/robbery! i will be contacting mary jo,at american family insurance in sturtevant,wi, about all this, and i will be calling the police. jennifer also stated that once nicole got her insurance check, nicole kicked her and her daughter out of her home, beause she no longer needed help with paying her rent. i dont understand this situation? when u get renters insurance, isnt someone supposed to verify whats valuable enough to claim on there insurance,or write down serial numbers or some kind of proof?like i said theres one witness as of know, and possibly one more! id rather not say my name, unless its necessary,because i dont need to be threatened by nicole or anyone else, because i told the truth!
