Hi, I recently had some auto insurance quotes done online. On my reports it is showing an accident from 2009 which never occurred. Well apparently i have to get a copy of my C.L.U.E. report before I can even fix the error or find out who put it there.I am really upset that I have been paying a higher car insurance premium for years and didn't even know.Is it possible to get money back from that? Can I sue the agency that wrongly put that on my report?

First get your CLUE report and find out who reported the false incident. You can then go ahead and sue whichever agency posted the information on the CLUE report.
