actully currently i am working as sales manager in agency channe before some days i got opportunity from banca channel this is my first job in insurance and i want to build my career in same field so what should i do? Can i switch my job from agency to banca

An agency channel is a better idea if you want to concentrate purely on the field of insurance. If you want to diversify your field of knowledge without having to concentrate purely on insurance products, you might want to consider a BANCA channel
