Car accident is in the state of GA. My daughter is a 20 year old college student who works full time and has a 4 year old son. I owned the vehicle and have the insurance on the car/ It is an older car so it had the basic required insurance. Can they come after me for what the other parties insurance pays out. They signed a limited liability release.

Yes, you are entitled to make partial payments for the damages. Is your daughter included as a licensed driver in your auto insurance policy? If she is, then your insurance provider will pay for the claims, since the policy is in your name.
However, if she is not, then your insurer will not pay a dime. You’ll have to pay the claimed amount out of your own pocket. If you are unable to make the payments, they may drag you to the court.

If you have the insurance policy and your carrier settled the claim with the other party signing a release then the release should have your name on it as well as your daughters. If this was done, then they cannot come after you.
