Can I sell my totaled travel trailer bought back from ins. c

Got the check from my ins. company and paid $600 to keep trailer. $250 deductible. Friend wants to have it for a hunting house in Maine. Can I sign over title for $$? He needs to reg it for tax purposes on his land.
