I want to apply for an auto insurance with Geico? What all information will I need to provide?

Your name, address, phone number, DOB, SS# (if you have one.. .and you should be able to decline), drivers license number, type of vehicle, etc.

Also need to provide make & model/year of vehicle, recent driving history, annual miles driven, names of other drivers living in your home, names of children in your home age 12 or 13 ant older. Oh! You also need to indicate what amounts of coverage you need.
