I AM IN TX...I SIGNED UP FOR INSURANCE WITH SOUTHWEST LIFE SERVICES THINKING IT WAS GOING TO COVER MEDICAL BILLS AND CALIMES...I WENT THROUGH A BROKER WHO SOLD ME THE INSURANCE...NEEDLESS TO SAY I STARTED GOING TO THE DRS AND PAYING WHAT THE INSURANCE SAID MY COPAYMENTS OR DISCOUNTED RATES WERE...ALL IN ALL THEY ARE DENYING TO PAY MY CLAIMS STATING I UNDISCLOSED INFORMATION ABOUT MY HEALTH. WHICH I DID NOT ON PURPOSE. I NEED HELP ON WHAT TO DO NEXT.

"Undisclosed" is not a word. Material misrepresentation and concealment are.
If you failed to disclose information known to you in response to a question on the application for insurance, then, yes, the insurance company may have the right to terminate your coverage -- if that failure to disclose is MATERIAL TO THE RISK.
