I have changed my name. Will I need to update my policy now? Will this create a problem when I make a claim later on? I can show them the documents and everything then, to proof that I'm one and the same. lol

If you have changed your name, it is always a good idea to record that change wherever it might be necessary. Your insurance company would prefer to know that information. What if you "lose" your proof later on, just before you need to file a claim? How inconvenient will that be for you?
