I heard that you can have the auto insurance company pay you the full pip minus your deductible. Is this true? If so how can i get it?

I've heard lots of things.
PIP is paid to your medical providers... not you. If you put yourself in a position to get paid PIP then you'd need to submit paid medical bills to your PIP carrier in order to be paid back what you've already spent. So to be paid all of our PIP in one lump sum.... you simply need to pay all of that money up front and out of pocket to your medical providers (and then hope that your PIP carrier finds all of those charges reasonable).
