My car was stolen, my payments were delinquent, I got angry with collections with bank and told them to come and get the car, I suspect insurance company will have me go before euo, I purhased a car for boyfriend he is making his payments he could not purchase himself because he is not a citizen iff so will my boyfriend get in trouble he is not a US citizen..also if car is found after claim is denied will insurance pay for it if it is inpounded. I did not mean to tell them to come and get it because i wanted to keep it.
I cannot afford an attorney if all of this come to blow.
Does the insurance company always require you to go before EUO
I had nothing to do with theft if it comes to that

If you do go to an EUO, you may want to put more thought into what you are going to say then you put into this post.
Are you saying that the car _was_ stolen... or just that it was repo'ed and you reported a stolen car claim?
I'm going to guess here... as you were not clear... and say that you bought the car so your boyfriend could drive it, the person who normally has the vehicle is not a US citizen, you were not able to make payments, you told your lien holder to repo the car instead and then it just happen to go missing. I need some pen and paper to add up all of those red flags.
Why are you so sure the insurance company is going to deny the claim?
If the claim is denied, the insurance company won't pay a penny regardless.
An insurance company does not always require an EUO but in our case it's very possible that they will make an exception. If your boyfriend was listed as a driver they will probably want his EUO as well.

I don't know that it will be denied I just have read too much online stuff, and it has my head reeling...
I am just speculating at this point, everything i read online keep saying red flags and it had me concerned.
The car was not repo'd I called them to ask.
