My wife had several minor parking lot accidents, and conveniently none of those were actually reported properly. We even don't know whom to point fingers at, since no one left a note. If I want to make an insurance claim, can I sum up all the repairs under one or do I have to report each of them separately?

Each is a separate occurrence and as such, a separate deductible applies to each. The deductible exists for this very reason.

Attempting to "sum" your damages could be considered an attempt at insurance fraud, since you know all the damage did not occur at one time.
