I've been in the insurance industry for over 20 years now... some of those I'd never heard of, some have nothing to do with auto insurance and some are not even close to being spelled correctly.
Full time coverage? As opposed to part time coverage? Deductibility? Is this a back woods Tennessee coverage? Total expense on emergency? Medicinal payments? How about Medical Payment coverage.

Medical payments coverage can help cover the medical or funeral expenses of covered drivers and passengers after an accident, regardless of fault. In most states, it's an optional addition to insurance policy.

A decent definition, but you fail to deal with tcope's criticism. He was not asking about Medical Payments, per se, he was specifically questioning "Medicinal Payments" and other illicit terms you tossed out.
