my job has reduced my hours, i am struggling to pay my insurance. will i be penalized for driving without insurance? the insurance monthly rates are to high, and they keep going up, can i expect my insurance payments to be extremely higher?

i want to give this truck back to the dealer, but i must find me another car to get to work, first.

what happens if i have an accident with no insurance?

My friend, I'd like to stress it out that in some countries it is an absolute necessity to have auto insurance before you get to drive. But in the US you have statewise vehicle insurance policies..in other words you just get the varying penalties for not geting your policy in place depending on your state !

Such a mistake on your part may get the better of you by way of a significant fine, leading to the cancellation or suspension of your license or might drag you to jail for a considerable period of time ! Thus for you..the minimum criterion has been designed in the form of a Law which states that you ought to maintain atleast a third-party insurance.

This in turn would save your face by covering the third parties from any loss, destruction or injury caused by your vehicle..hence my suggestion is..you get the savior before you face the 'wall of disgrace'. bye for now..

hi this is Greta here and I'm no insurance specialist. But onething is fairly clarified that till the point of time you pass on your truck, you gotta carry on with your premiums.
Its probably time for you to call on your broker and explain your situation to him, may be he could get you a fair deal through buying more time for more premium-values. Thank you.

hey you !
Be careful n don't act foolishly. If your money is tight, you should atleast be able to stop the risk of paying a huge amount in terms of fines n penalties for allowing the liability insurance on your truck lapse, be it for a few days. Its not just that, you could also be facing a mammoth debt in case you meet with an accident while remaining uninsured. Believe me, in such a circumstance you won't even be able to achieve the initial $10,000 for the damages due to the "no-pay,no-play" Law in effect !
regards, Sasha
