I am planning to set up a business as a distresses vehicle transporter. What form of coverage will I need? Should I look for a dealer insurance?

You need some form of Garage Keepers policy/Business Auto Policy. Usually this coverage can be provided in one policy. What you need to do is speak to a local agent who can find out more about the business and obtain the correct policy for you.

That, plus all the other normal insurance any business would or must carry, such as Commercial General Liability (Garagekeepers would be a specific variation of that), Workers Compensation, flood insurance (if located in a flood zone), and perhaps some "crime" forms of coverage that are not normally included in a CGL policy.
Working with a local agent or broker is the best way to identify your coverage needs and obtain the protection required to meet them.
