Since your friend was uninsured, if you reveal that she was behind the wheels, your claim is likely to get rejected.

You may be liable to pay for the damages since the car was yours. However, you may claim your policy's compensation on grounds of 'bodily injury liability.'

Or else you can also file your claim on the basis of under-insured motorist coverage since your friend doesn't have any insurance policy.

This would be incorrect. An insured cannot file a bodily injury claim under their own policy. An insured cannot be liable to themselves. The OP could attempt to collect from the driver. But as mentioned, the driver does not have any good way to pay the OP. So good luck with that. If the OP's carrier is not going to consider the drivers an "insured" (they should), then the OP's carrier could consider and uninsured motorist claim if he/she has that coverage.

This does not make sense (not just referring to the grammar).

Your friend obviously had your permission to use the vehicle as you were in it. If it was intentional or if some other exclusion under the policy applied to the driver, that exclusion probably would not apply to you. You as the owner are probably responsible for the use of your vehicle as well as the driver. So perhaps your carrier is going to cut the driver loose from coverage but why would they deny _you_ coverage? You need to ask them this.

Are you saying that they won't provide liability coverage for the damage to the home or that they won't provide collision coverage to have your vehicle repaired? Or both? You need to post better/more information. If they sent you a written denial, what does it state? If they have not sent a written denial then the claim has not been denied.
