My wife has always insisted to included her name in my auto insurance but I overlooked. While she was driving with me this weekend a speeding truck came before and she shaken by the thing broke into a small pool. Now the car has suffered some damages. Will my insurance company pay for the damages? I've basic auto insurance as per state law.

The very poor English makes it next to impossible to know what happened. Also, without being able to read your policy (and understand what you posted) it's difficult to know.

If your wife was unlicensed, forget everything.
However, in case your wife was licensed, let me assess some of the possibilities..
Which state are you from? What things are included in your basic auto insurance policy (as per state law)? Since your wife drove with your permission, you are entitled for a coverage to the damages occurred to the car.
However, since the car broke into a pool, there might not be any serious damages. I am not sure whether or not you had collision or comprehensive coverage included in your policy since these are not required by any state law. Even if you had one of these, I’m doubtful if you would really get coverage under any of these.
However, if you or your wife is injured, you are entitled to get some coverage under either the MedPay or PIP. MedPay and PIP will both pay for medical expenses for you and the passengers who are injured.
PIP is required in the following states:
Arkansas
Delaware
Florida
Hawaii
Kansas
Kentucky
Maryland
Massachusetts
Michigan
Minnesota
New Jersey
New York
North Dakota
Oregon
Pennsylvania
Utah
