My neice was hit and run while parked on the street. No info was left and the cops wouldn't come out. Can she sue her own INS. co??

For what? Were they driving the vehicle that hit your sister's car? Apparently your sister does not have uninsured motorist property damage?
No info was left and the cops wouldn't come out
Why wouldn't the police come to the scene. Sounds fishy to me.

Just check with your sister if she has UMI. By the way, which state she resides in since UM coverage is required by law in a few states.

Most persons who post here are not kidding, they are concerned. But many people who post here are completely unfamiliar with how insurance works, so they sometimes ask questions that seem logical to them, even if the answers are obvious to some of us with better understanding.
