I’ve a car insurance and my daughter’s name is included in it. My son has another car and in the insurance he has included me as a driver. My insurance company is saying that if he drives my car and experiences an accident, it’ll be not covered unless he is added in the policy. However, his insurance company is saying that it is false. For God’s sake tell me who is right and who is wrong. I’m just fed up.

First, your son's carrier cannot speak for how _your_ carrier will address a claim. So forget what your son's carrier says about this situation. At the end of the day when they are wrong, they could care less.
Your carrier is probably going to say that your insurance application requires that your son be listed on your policy. I'm not saying this is correct... just that this is probably what they are looking at. It's usually required when the person has everyday access to the vehicle, such as when they are living with you. But some carriers also over look this when the other person has their own insurance. You need to discuss this issue with your agent. Not someone in the agents office... your _agent_.
