I have a question regarding car insurance. My brother borrowed my truck and got in an accident that was his fault. The truck had full coverage insurance on it. The insurance company is denying coverage saying that he was an uninsured driver. He is not listed as an excluded driver and we do not live in the same household. I just don't know what do. I am in need of advice.

They are not denying coverage because he is an uninsured driver... as they would not need to provide coverage to an "uninsured driver". That is a catch-22.

You need to find out why they denied coverage. My guess is that they are somehow stating that he is not an insured under the policy. If this is true, find out why they are stating this. Have they sent you a written denial? If so, what is the reason they give? If they have not, they have not denied the claim.

Since you are saying that you brother borrowed the truck from you, this means that you gave him explicit permission to make use of the vehicle. In that case, the carrier should pay for all the damages whether he was at-fault or not.
